5 stars on your game: Ok you have to find all the exits in the game, all the star coins and you must use all 6 cannon shortcuts to get this. You will then get a message that shows you have completed everything in the game.

special world levels: You have to find all of the star coins in each of the 8 worlds to unlock these levels after beating bowser.

Extra mushroom houses: In 1 player mode get toad to the end of the stage. In multiplayer mode beat the stage with double digits *example 277*.

Can't find a secret exit? then watch a movie in princess peaches castle *spoils finding the exits though*

Yoshi's: From what I know he is only in 7 levels in worlds 1,2,3,4,5,6,7

Infinite lives: OK watch the 2-3 infinite lives video now at the end of the level when you see mario continuosly getting lives by jumping on that koopa troopa shell do that yourself and you will be getting 120-180 lives per minute! not sure of the exact amount.
